SENIOR HR RECRUITMENT, DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING OFFICER Genève - Geneva Temporary TRADING Offerta del 07/09/2010 Il nostro cliente Our client, an international company, is looking for a Senior HR Recruitment, Development and Planning Officer (8 months) Descrizione - Be responsible for all personnel matters related to recruitment, personnel development and planning, as well as certain aspects of compensation and benefits, drafting and implementation follow-up of appropriate guidelines and procedures. - Help increasing company's visibility as an attractive employer in Geneva through external events. - Personnel planning: in close cooperation with the line management monitor a dynamic staff recruitment plan - Assist in monitoring changes in staff : transfers, terminations - carry out departure interviews - Assist line managers in establishing competency requirements & job description for vacant positions - Manage recruitment process from job description until induction process following the recruitment procedure - Organise and participate to interviews - Organise assessments when required - Take references when required - Determine salary level while proceeding with new recruitments - Assist in negotiating employment conditions - Give support to management in the performance evaluation process - Follow up performance management process including objectives setting - Coach managers when requested about performance management issues with their staff - Participate in work groups and projects in coordination with the Group HR Manager - Lead & monitor satisfaction survey - Use objective settings and staff appraisal as input for proposing training and development measures as well as for the annual salary reviews and bonus discussions - Monitor an annual training & development plan by identifying training and development needs within the organisation through regular consultation with the managers. - Help line managers and "on-the-job trainers" to identify training needs and propose specific training modules, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups - Monitor in house training by appointing "on the job trainers" according to their personal/professional skills - Track, in days & budget, training & development programs staff - Coordinate salary surveys and prepare supporting documents for annual salary reviews - Coordinate bonus plans - Coordinate communication and relationships between managers and their staff in case of issue Profilo ricercato - Fluent in French and English - Business degree with a specialisation in Human Resources (or equivalent) - Minimum 5 years in a generalist HR position with international exposure preferably in the energy sector - Good understanding of compensation and benefits issues - Knowledge of swiss regulations and laws appreciated - Objective driven and self starter - Very good communication skills - Ability to work in a small team of professionals Contatta Michael Page FMAU49149 La vostra candidatura sarà trattata da Matthieu Aubry
