Region GE Genève canton Type of company Luxury company Skills - MBA academic studies or similar in the field of economics, science or informatics - Hands on experience in SAP Retail, POS Interfaces, POS Solutions, Merchandise management processes inside a Boutique or Store - SAP Retail experience with Focus on POS Inbound / POS Outbound and ALE / EDI integration of 3rd party solutions like cash register software, EFT solutions, bar code scanner, inventory solutions - Strong integration knowledge into the SAP modules SD and FI - Technical understanding of a complex SAP and non SAP solution integration over the whole supply chain - More than 4 years experience in SAP integrated projects - English mandatory, French or other language advantageous - Team player - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills Responsabilities - Design, implementation and support of the SAP Retail solution within the client's competence center - Roll-out of the template solution - Co-ordination development and maintenance of a global SAP template - Analysis of business processes, requirements and objectives. - Global implementation and customizing of systems, processes and functional solutions and the related SAP template in the Area of Retail - Manage different primary activities of SAP implementation during the Rollout Phases within the Retail Team (Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Training of Key Users, Data Migration, Documentation and Post Implementation Support - 3rd level support inside the central competence center. - Support coordinator for 3rd level support in certain periods. - Built up and maintain support activities and skills in regional competence centers.
